Are there side effects of Myofasical Release Treatments?
Everyone responds differently to treatment. Occasionally, mild and temporary effects may arise, such as slight soreness, tenderness, or fatigue. These sensations are a normal part of the body’s natural healing process and typically last only a day or two. They indicate that the body is releasing tension and integrating the work for deeper, long-term balance and relief.
